**ZERO STARS** PLEASE DO NOT PLACE AN ONLINE ORDER WITH THIS BUSINESS. I placed and order for an arrangement to be sent to a local funeral home for an employee of our company that lost a family member. I received confirmation the order was received, being processed and the delivery date. After a week, when the employee returned to work, I learned flowers were NEVER delivered. I called the business and only got a voicemail. I contacted the business via email and I am awaiting a refund. I understand service failures happen, but after a week, someone from this company should have notified paid customers that their order would not be delivered. The hardest part of this, is knowing that our faithful employee went through this time of bereavement and was hurt thinking that the company he is employed with didn't care enough to send flowers. Thankfully he knows he is loved and valued and is now aware of all this. AFTER READING SOME OF THE OTHER REVIEWS, I MAY HAVE TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES ON MY AMERICAN EXPRESS, IF NO REFUND IS HANDLED ON FROM THE BUSINESS.
I don't know of any other florist that goes out of their way to make sure everyone gets their flowers when they need them. Even if that means working all night or all weekend to get them done, or even on holidays! Her work is amazing. I would highly recommend Dawn's Flowers and gifts!
Dawn has been a lifetime friend to me, and always my GO TO for beautiful arrangements for my loved ones as well as gorgeous wreaths for my home. Her shop is so pretty and she has nice gifts for sale as well.

Dawn did an amazing job with the flowers I had delivered to my wife. I live in Washington state and with the time difference I didn't know if Dawn had gotten my order as I did it online. I called to just check and make sure she got the order and she was working on it and delivered had it delivered. Thank you so much for helping me bring joy to my wife
